Salon Policies

• To change or cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hrs in advance so we may offer your time to another client, failure to do so will result in a $25 charge added to your next appointment.. A second missed appt. will result in prepayment for your next service plus the additional fee
• Any style $85 or more require a non-refundable deposit of ½ of the total cost of that service
• There are no Cash refunds; discrepancies will be resolved between customer and stylist
• We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments; after that time the stylist has the option to cancel the appointment.
• Walk-in service is on a first come basis and does not guarantee an appointment with a particular stylist
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and no children are allowed unless being serviced
• Because of our busy salon and seating limitations, we ask that you refrain from bringing any guests with you to your appointment.
• Hair must be combed out and ready to be washed before your appointment time, or you may be charged $5+ for comb out
• No personal checks are accepted
• Credit card use requires a $25 minimum purchase
